    Ross,

Your mag is fantastic. I really enjoyed “flicking thru it”. I like the style and format. I have been thinking for some time about incorporating some cross-fit stuff into my training instead of interval type work on my woody so Duncan’s work outs are kind of the right thing at the right time. Of course its another question if my aging body can handle that type of routine. I have evolved into a training program that i know doesn’t injure me. So well done and good luck with VL. Cheers. Bill

    Hey guys,
Love the mag, especially the workouts and storys of injuries. (good to know I’m not the only one who is struggling with various injuries keeping them from climbing haha)
I wanted to ask, copyright and distribution wise, am I able to print off a couple of pages to display at a climbing gym? I think it would be good exposure for the magazine and have some helpful hints for the climbers struggling with injuries and workouts!?
If not that’s fine, ill just put your website on the notice board in massive writing haha.
    Thanks, Tim

I was wondering if you guys have a hard copy magazine that we can subscribe to here at the school? I am trying to inspire young climbers, and have found that one of the best ways to do that is by having magazines for them to flick through and read stories, see fantastic location and hard moves.
Would love to know, please email me.
