This following document sets forth the Terms and Conditions for the Warren Miller website, verticallifemag.com.au. Warren Miller Entertainment (Adventure Entertainment Pty Ltd) is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience.
IF THE GOODS ARE FAULTY
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund. If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, please let us know in writing within 24 hours of receipt of faulty item by contacting us at info@warrenmiller.com.au.
REFUND POLICY
In addition to your rights in relation to faulty goods, you can return any item within 7 days of receipt for a refund of that item.
You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. You will continue to remain the owner of the return goods until the item(s) are received by Warren Miller Entertainment in good order and condition. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items. Goods will be inspected upon arrival and refund given once we are satisfied with their condition. This will occur within 7 days of receipt of item(s).

DELIVERY
- Australian customers allow approximately 5 working days (express postage) after payment is received.
- New Zealand customers allow approximately 14 days (airmail standard postage) after payment is received.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
Warren Miller Entertainment attempts to have all stock available, however this can vary. If an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will contact you within two working days to arrange an alternative item or a full refund.
